This helps me keep my schedule organized and fair for all my students. I truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to our lessons together!

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Your lesson time is reserved especially for you. To change or cancel your booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the slot to another student.

Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full and forfeited from your package.

Refund Policy
All purchases of lesson packages are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed to your language learning journey before purchasing.

Package Expiration
All lessons in a package must be used within 10 months of the purchase date. Any unused lessons after this period will expire.
